WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
My beautiful home studio is located right in the heart of North Bondi, Sydney.
HOW LONG WILL THE APPOINTMENT BE?
We’ll spend about 1.5 hours together, creating a look that’s all about you.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! North Bondi has plenty of free parking, but I recommend arriving 10 minutes early to find a spot and avoid any weekend parking chaos.
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
Every booking requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit locks in your service and counts toward your total. Once payment is made, your spot is reserved.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Individual Appointments
If you need to cancel within two weeks of your appointment, the full payment is still required. I appreciate your understanding. Last-minute changes make it tricky to accommodate others who want to book.
Weddings & Groups
All cancellations must be made in writing. Your deposit is non‑refundable and will be retained regardless of when you provide notice. If you cancel within three months of your booked date, the remaining balance is payable. This covers admin time and compensates for turning away other bookings for that date.
In all other circumstances, changing the booking date will be treated as a cancellation.
I WANT TO MAKE A BOOKING FOR 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
For individual appointments, I take bookings up to 3 months ahead; weddings or group bookings can be secured up to 12 months in advance. If you have a different timeframe in mind, just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
CAN YOU TRAVEL TO ME?
Wherever you are, I’m happy to come to you! For groups of three or more, please get in touch via email or the enquiry form to arrange the details. Travel fees apply for local, interstate and international bookings. Just let me know where, and we’ll make it happen!
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
Less than 40km — $150
40km to 80km — $300
80km to 120km — $500
More than 120km — $600+ (please enquire for a custom quote)
DO YOU CHARGE AN EARLY START FEE?
If you need me bright and early (before 7 am), there’s a $100 per hour surcharge. This helps cover the extra prep time needed to get everything just right.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE MY SKIN FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Hydration is key! Make sure your skin is well moisturised the night before (a perfect time for a face mask) and in the morning of your appointment. If you notice any dryness, use a gentle exfoliant to create a smooth base.
CAN YOU COVER MY WRINKLES?
Makeup enhances and corrects, but it can't change the texture of your skin. I’ll hydrate and prep your skin to ensure it looks as smooth and radiant as possible!
DO YOU PROVIDE ‘EYE ONLY’ SERVICES?
At the moment, I focus on full-face glam, but I love working with you to create a look that highlights your eyes and features.
WILL IT BE CHEAPER IF I BRING MY OWN LASHES OR HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS?
Pricing remains the same whether you bring your own lashes or have extensions. It’s all about making you feel amazing, so I include lashes with every service.
DO YOU RECOMMEND THAT I GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS OR LASH LIFT?
I prefer working with natural lashes to create a more customised look. But if you love your extensions, go for it! I’m happy to work with what you’ve got.
